All around the UK (and globally) people are regularly seeing thick persistent trails littering the sky...
they linger and develop into cloud cover, blocking the sun. Also we are noticing the more regular occurrences of extreme weather that has effected the country over the last decade or more.
The aircraft trails that we see everyday that stay in sky for many hours and do not dissipate, they are seen to merge with other trails and turn into vast amounts of cloud cover which can stick about for days and often increases the chance of precipitation.
The sheer lack of sunlight is a real concern to many people all around the country and it is common awareness that it is caused by the aircraft trails we were seeing laid day after day.

"Six months of time-lapse and certain things are becoming apparent: Ground level humidity decreases when particulate matter and persistent aircraft emissions are visible in the atmosphere. Temperatures appear to rise under these circumstances. Whereas clouds need a certain level of humidity to form and linger; no matter what altitude, persistent air craft emissions do not. It would appear that what the public is consistently being told are mere contrails, do not fit the basic vapour definition... unless one addresses aerosolized particulates for nucleation.

The CAA are coordinating, or at best turning a blind eye to a program of atmospheric aerosol injection,
conducted by commercial airlines, including but not limited to -
British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Ryan Air, Jet 2, Flybe, Easyjet.
The aircraft have been modified specifically for this purpose.
The CAA are also routing high-polluting transatlantic flights over populated areas creating vast amounts of
cloud cover that would not have occurred naturally, which is not only reducing our sunlight, but affecting our health.

I request the government force the CAA to act in accordance with its Directions,
which state that it has a responsibility to keep air pollution to a minimum and protect
the health of the public, both of passengers, and of those on the ground.

and allow independent inspection of aircraft and aviation fuel to ensure this does not continue.

The official definition is “The deliberate and large-scale intervention in the Earth’s climatic system with the aim of reducing global warming”.
Climate Engineering has two categories of technologies carbon dioxide removal and solar radiation management. Solar Radiation Management is an array of techniques to reduce the heat absorbed by the earth from the sun’s rays. One of those techniques is Atmospheric Aerosol Injection – spraying stuff from planes that forms clouds and haze.
This website is of the opinion that Atmospheric Aerosol Injection (AAI) is already happening on a global scale. We use the umbrella term Climate Engineering so as to keep things simple.
Climate Engineering is a fully fledged industry backed by international organisation such as the UN and IASS. The official line is that the technology is still being developed and that no Climate Engineering programs are yet under-way, but the visual evidence we see in our skies every day clearly says otherwise.
2. So surely it must be to combat global warming then.
Planes are often seen spraying at night so that simply cannot be the case. If sunlight reflection were the real objective, then we would see a regular pattern of dawn spraying and then diminishing towards the evening. The current trend seems to be heavy spraying of persistent trails and haze at dawn, then haze all day, and then medium density persistent trails again from late afternoon well into the night. If we analyse this behaviour we can understand that this is likely to actually accuse warming, by blocking any daytime warming from the sun from escaping, gradually increasing temperatures. That is a big clue which we expand on elsewhere, but essentially we feel the current program may be to actually encourage warming, not prevent it.
3. Why is Climate Engineering happening ?
Officially the reason is, as the definition suggests, to reduce global warming. It is interesting that global warming is mentioned in the definition, because Climate Engineering can, and has been used, for a number of reasons such as weather manipulation for benign, nefarious or simply financial reasons, as well as for international military reasons such as affecting crops or creating floods or storms in other parts of the world.
Predicting the weather is also big business and people make big money on the futures markets from doing so, so if corporations are able to manipulate or completely control our weather it gives them enormous scope to control many other things, as well as the potential for vast financial gain. We think this is one of the primary drivers of the current and proposed programs of climate engineering.
Another even more likely reason is that the manipulation of our weather is actually designed to promote warming rather than prevent it. We expand on this elsewhere, but suffice to say that the patterns of spraying we see, and the types of trails we see, such as the black trails, cannot be considered anything to do with preventing global warming. We do not now believe the threat is real, and have recently come to the conclusion, having attended the Climate Engineering Conference 2014 in Berlin, that the current climate engineering programs we see are to promote warming rather than prevent it
and to increase CO2 as to bolster the idea of a ‘climate emergency’. 4. What exactly is being sprayed and is it harmful?
This is also very difficult to answer, and we must rely on conjecture for now. There seem to be 3 basic types though:
Persistent spreading trails:
There is much circumstantial evidence presented by groups around the world that suggests that heavy metals are the prime suspect. Barium is often cited as the main one, but if it is Barium Sulphate then it is not directly harmful to humans even with chronic exposure. Other forms of Barium can be harmful though, and tantalising evidence is seen in the condition called Aerotoxic syndrome.
Frequent and long haul flyers are regularly becoming ill with seemingly unexplained symptoms. These symptoms seem to be consistent with Barium toxicity. We expand on that in the article titled Aerotoxic Syndrome.
Look-Up.org.uk carried out our own lab tests and sadly they were inconclusive. If metals are being used they are likely contained in the persistent trails. We think the persistent trails are being used to increase surface temperatures. If you create extensive cloud cover over the course of the day, and especially in the evening, you are effectively trapping heat. Need we say more?
Other types are trails that Look-Up.org.uk has revealed evidence for are Haze and Black Trails.
Haze – short, dissipating shimmering trails
These are perhaps the most confusing type of trail we see in Europe. Some planes, we think the Boeing 737s, spray what can only be described as haze. Short-lived shimmering trails that fill our sky with tiny fibres. This is why our skies look so strange on many days with our clouds having little definition, and the skies overall being a milky mess. They don’t seem to have an obvious role in any recognised climate engineering context. We believe these fibres to be nano-scale polymer fibres, and certainly man-made. We also believe that they are the cause of sore eyes, itchy throats and possibly even the exacerbation of breathing-related conditions. Breathing in air saturated with tiny particles is really not good for us as most people are now aware, so these types of trails cannot realistically be considered to be benign at this stage. We are investigating further.
Black trails are seen in the Smokers video above. We nicknames them smokers for obvious reasons. There have been reports of these being seen across the world for a number of years now, and this was confirmed to us by several of the scientists we spoke to at Climate Engineering Conference 2014, but they had no explanation for them. We believe these types of trails to be simply diesel or another fossil fuel, being sprayed into the exhaust of the planes to create smoke basically. If we were to speculate as to the reason then we simply need to look at what is happening on the global level, with endless bleating from the organisation behind this program about CO2 levels and the supposed impending ‘climate emergency’. Well, we think that the rising CO2 levels cannot be explained simply by a few factories in China and transport alone, and when we then see this type of activity in our skies then it seems pretty obvious what is going on.
Not a type of trail, but we strongly believe that the smogs experienced in 2014 in the UK and other parts of Europe are a direct result of either or both of the above types of trails. We have challenged the MET Office several time about this and they seem unable to explain the fact that our air is often so hazy that visibility can be as low as just a few miles. Far from being a rare occurrence it seems to be the norm now. When was the last truly clear day you remember ?
5. Who is doing the current climate engineering over the UK and Europe?
Look-Up’s own investigations have led us to believe that the operation is being carried out by a group of global corporations called the Airline Alliances. Virtually all major airlines, except some of the budget airlines, have been amalgamated into 3 huge alliances. There is no such thing as a national airline now, they are all private companies belonging to vast corporate structures. When we hear of flag carriers, they are simply that, privately owned airlines with out flag on it. When we then look at the corporate power base above those alliances we realise this is a global corporate operation. This obviously suggests very strongly that this is a financially motivated program. That is not to say that governments are not aware of it above a certain level. It is inconceivable that public organisation such as the CAA, NATS, and indeed the MET Office, and the ministers for the departments of Transport and Energy & Climate Change cannot be aware of such a vast operation; they simply won’t acknowledge it’s existence because it is still, possibly, illegal. Legality aside, the public have not been consulted or asked, so it is morally reprehensible.

6. How are they doing it?
Almost all the trails we see come from just a few types of aircraft that have been modified with special pipes to dispense the chemicals used. We think that different planes have different systems. Airbus A320 family aircraft have been fitted with the 3-pipe delivery systems. We now have confirmation from Airbus that these systems are not original to the design of the aircraft, and so have been fitted by the airlines involved. We also regularly see Boeing 737s leaving other types of trails. Boeing 737s from participating airlines have been fitted with single pipe systems, and seem to spray a haze of tiny fibres. We are still unclear exactly what these are and their purpose.
The chemicals used in this program seem to come from Africa and are transported to the UK and other European hub airports on daily basis and then distributed airside to other planes for further distribution. They are then loaded onto the planes at other airports and sprayed during flight. Look-Up.org.uk has a wealth of very strong evidence to confirm this.
7. Is Climate Engineering legal?
ENMOD is an international treaty banning weather modification for military or hostile use. This is a good thing, but may not work as a reason to end the current programs because the corporations involved will claim that it is being carried out to protect us from global warming, and so is not hostile. The legal and international governance of these technologies is not our speciality. We will be consulting with other people who attended the IASS Climate Engineering Conference 2014 to get more of an insight into what the situation on this is.
8. Surely if commercial aircraft are used, pilots would have come forward and blown the whistle by now.
You would think so wouldn’t you, until you start to look at the situation in more detail. Firstly most commercial pilots are not aware of what is going on as the systems that deliver the chemicals are automatic. Current wisdom suggest that they are either pressure release valve systems that activate automatically at a certain altitude, or that they are triggered by satellite. There is no SPRAY button in the cockpit. That is not to say that some pilots don’t know or suspect, we think they do and the industry is apparently awash with rumour, but pilots are terrified to speak up. We must also consider that due to the amalgamation of the airlines that if you leave or get sacked form one airline there is nowhere to go now, so pilots must be very reluctant to put their careers on the line. Not only would they lose their job, but some people have supposedly been intimidated to prevent them from revealing information relating to this program.
Compartmentalisation is another very effective tactic. If you are the guy shifting the chemicals around at the airports, you don’t need to know what they are, what they are for and where they are going, you just need to do your job and load them. This principle could easily be applied throughout the industry.
9. What does the current climate engineering look like, and how can I tell if a sky is natural?
This is something that one learns very quickly once you start to look up and think about what you see. Remarkably, most of the cloud in the upper atmosphere is now created or induced by aerosols sprayed by planes. Some days the sky can be so full of chemical clouds that we get what we have termed a white-out. Spraying often starts at dawn when the first transatlantic planes fry over the UK for the US, and in the summer we can see the first trails laid down starting to spread and lay down the foundations of the sky for that day.

5.The content of the aerosol sprays includes fibers, metal particulates, and biological elements. These poisonous nano-particles enter our bodies through our breathing, our skin, and our drinking water, stressing our immune systems and impairing our health. The Ministry of Defence turned large parts of the country into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of secret germ warfare tests on the public.
A government report just released provides for the first time a comprehensive official history of Britain's biological weapons trials between 1940 and 1979. Many of these tests involved releasing potentially dangerous chemicals and micro-organisms over vast swaths of the population without the public being told. Stratospheric aerosol geoengineering is a primary term for the ongoing global climate modification programs being conducted by major powers around the world. “Aerosols” is simply a term for a microscopic particle that is suspended in the air. Aluminum/alumina, among other toxic metals, are showing up in countless rain tests around the world. The amount of aluminum, barium, and other metals in these rain/snow tests is always high and often completely off the charts. Artificial Clouds, cloud seeding, contrails and chemtrails -
Persistent contrails and visible artificial clouds are created when steam from exhaust combines with enough cloud condensation nuclei. Over a gallon of water is produced from each gallon of jet fuel burned, and that creates thousands of cubic feet of frozen steam in the stratosphere (due to the low pressure). Spraying silver iodide above storm bubbles (moisture pockets around the clouds) can cause clouds to form where none were visible, and seeding around storms can expand, thicken and move the rain clouds. Silver iodide is most commonly dispersed via aircraft by burning flares, and the flares use incendiary materials that include aluminum and strontium, which are showing up in water and soil tests across the UK. Silver iodide, Aluminum and Strontium are hazardous chemicals that should not be sprayed into a very thin layer of breathable atmosphere.
